Park Ridge Development is a gated community off the Blue Ridge Parkway in Floyd County, VA. We are a community of folks that enjoy the Blue Ridge mountains, fishing in the lake, swimming in the pool, sharing meals at the picnic shelter, riding golf carts around to visit, hunting the abundant wildlife and riding miles and miles of ATV trails.
