About Park Ridge Development

Park Ridge Development is a gated mountain community nestled off the Blue Ridge Parkway in Floyd County, Virginia. Our Property Owners enjoy the beauty and serenity of the Blue Ridge Mountains while embracing a lifestyle rooted in nature, recreation, and neighborly connection.

Whether it’s fishing in the lake, swimming in the pool, sharing meals at the picnic shelter, or cruising around on golf carts to visit friends, Park Ridge offers something for everyone. Property Owners also enjoy hunting the abundant wildlife and exploring miles of scenic ATV trails that wind through our wooded landscape.

It’s a place where mountain living meets community spirit—and we’re proud to call it home.

Board meetings are usually held on the 3rd Monday of each month at 7pm in the clubhouse.
